Terms of services
These Terms of services form the contract between your business and Dectrime Service Pvt Ltd for platform access.

Platform licence+
Dectrime grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our orchestration APIs, cashier modules, and onboarding console for your internal business purposes, subject to plan limits and these terms.
Developer rules+
API credentials are confidential. You must not scrape undocumented endpoints, reverse engineer the console, or exceed published rate limits. Production keys must not be embedded in public client-side code.
- Rotate keys if staff leave or a leak is suspected
- Use sandbox credentials for all non-production testing
- Validate webhooks with the shared signing secret
Acceptable use+
Dectrime may suspend access for abusive traffic, chargeback abuse, or activity that violates card-scheme or UPI rules. High-risk categories require prior written approval.
Uptime and support+
Enterprise plans may include an SLA. Otherwise services are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. Priority support channels are described in your order form.
Intellectual property+
Dectrime retains all rights in the platform, documentation, and branding. You retain rights in your merchant data and customer payloads. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
Termination+
Either party may terminate for material breach uncured within 15 days of notice. Upon termination, live API access ends and you must export reports within the window stated in your agreement.
