Privacy Policy
Dectrime Service Pvt Ltd explains how we treat data on our dark-mode console, public site, and India-focused merchant onboarding tools.
Last revised 11 January 2026
Scope of this notice+
This notice applies to dectrime.com, the merchant console, APIs, and onboarding forms operated by Dectrime Service Pvt Ltd (Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai). It covers business contacts, merchant applicants, and authorised developer users.
Signals we collect+
Beyond standard account fields, Dectrime may process telemetry that helps us secure a high-scale routing environment:
- Company identifiers, GST/PAN, and KYC document hashes
- API key metadata and IP allow-list entries
- Console audit logs (who viewed or exported reports)
- Device and browser fingerprints used for fraud heuristics
Why Dectrime processes data+
We process data to open merchant accounts, verify documents, enforce rate limits, detect anomalous API traffic, improve routing models, and deliver product updates. Marketing emails are optional and can be declined at any time.
Cross-border transfers+
Infrastructure may run in India and other regions. When data leaves India, we use contractual safeguards and access controls appropriate to the sensitivity of merchant KYC and payment metadata.
Security posture+
Access to production systems is role-based. Secrets are stored in vaults, and document uploads are scanned for malware. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents via the contact form immediately.
Requests and complaints+
Merchants may ask for a copy of their onboarding file, correction of company details, or deletion where retention laws allow. We aim to respond within 30 days.
